Through group exercise classes, Pilates Reformer, personal training or active older adult classes, you are guaranteed to find a program, activity or class that will meet your needs.
Become a Frequent Y'er!
Now, in addition to better health, there’s another great benefit to working out at the YMCA. Become a Frequent Y’er and earn rewards for your hard work. Get a Frequent Y’er card from the Member Services Desk and start getting credit for each workout.
How It Works:
1. Work out 12 times each month and be eligible for a Y Reward. (Prize varies according to branch).
2. Have a YMCA staff initial after each workout.
3. Once you have completed 12 workouts, turn your card in by the third of the following month, and become eligible for a prize.
