Our food service staff works hard to provide home-cooked, delicious meals while keeping your group's age range and needs in mind. At camp, we believe that food should feed the soul and excite people.
During the summer months, we create healthy meals that kids will enjoy. During retreats, it is important to have both kid and adult friendly food that encourages campers to break out of their normal eating habits and try something new.
We ask that participants with specific food needs such as allergies and dietary restrictions contact us prior to arrival so we can best work out a plan to provide healthy, safe meals. We keep on-hand gluten-free, vegetarian, and nut free options, but need your help to make sure we have what is needed to keep you or your camper safe and well fed.
We have several options available at all meals to attempt to serve everyone. A full hot breakfast is accompanied by a variety of cold cereals, a fresh fruit and yogurt bar, and a hot cereal option. Both lunch and dinner are served with a salad bar and often times, a soup.
Our goal is to keep everyone healthy, well fed and fueled up for lots of fun times at camp.
