Spending a day in the beautiful Texas Hill Country along the mystic Guadalupe River can refresh the most exhausted soul.  Bring your group to YMCA Camp Flaming Arrow to regroup, to relax, to rejuvenate.  We can help you design your day to include such things as meeting time, team building, or just to play.  Activities available are boating (canoe/kayak,) swimming, archery, climbing wall, horseback riding, hiking, and more. Home cooked meals available— just plan them out with our Food Service Director, Annelise. We work hard to create the day you imagine, whether it is goal-oriented or meant purely as a relaxation day. Young, old, school, church or corporate; call us and let us design your camp day.

Looking for a goal-oriented, team building day? Call us about our team building workshops.

What is a team?  A team is a group of people working together for a common goal or towards a common vision. It is a group of people who trust each other, are committed, feel included, and are able to relate to each other and the common goal. Creating and building that team is a process.  One great way to build your team is through team building exercises. At YMCA Camp Flaming Arrow, we take your group out of the work environment and put them in a natural, outdoor environment. We gently break down barriers, work to build trust and open lines of communication among your group to create the strong, vision minded team.
