Your new best friends and training partners are waiting for you to join YMCA Training programs!

If you have a goal to run a marathon, half marathon, 5K or just get started, race training with the YMCA will get you up and on your way. Learn the basics of running through the practice of form drills, running intervals and eventually, non-stop running. You will learn proper form and technique to maximize enjoyment and minimize pain. Our training groups welcome all ages and abilities. Pace groups are set up to ensure a comfortable and safe training pace that meets everyone’s fitness level.

Additionally, the YMCA trains members for select local races and triathlons.
