Our programs are designed to nurture the potential of our young people in ways that foster achievement, positive relationships, and belonging. Youth & Government
Youth & Government is a youth-led, civic engagement program that allows students to receive exciting hands-on experience in the mechanics of government, along with print & broadcast media. Teen delegates will develop their innovative thinking and leadership skills, learn more about how the state government operates, and meet other students who are interested in Texas politics. Areas of participation: • Legislative • Media • Judicial • Stae Affairs Forum
Teen After School Program
In the Y Teen After School program young adults will experience positive mentors, confidence building, leadership skills, and lifelong friendships.
