Parents trust the Y’s child care programs to support and nurture their children from infancy through the teen years and help them become strong, capable, and engaged young people.

As a leader in youth development, the YMCA of Greater San Antonio After School Program serves over 3,500 children on a daily basis providing safe, quality, affordable afterschool care. Schoolage children are welcome to enroll in any of our afterschool sites year-round.
YMCA camps provide an opportunity for youth to explore new places, activities, and ideas. Campers discover their hidden talents, develop new interests, and make lasting friendships. With a wide range of camp locations, options, and formats, there's a perfect Y camp for every child, regardless of their background or summer schedule.
ChildWatch provides our members with the opportunity to pursue their own health and well-being, knowing that their children are safe, secure, and cared for in a positive environment. We invite families to utilize ChildWatch and Kids Club twice per day with a 2-hour limit per visit. Kids play and engage with others in a fun, safe environment under the supervision of trained YMCA staff members.
The YMCA of Greater San Antonio Early Learning Centers provides infant, toddler, and preschool child care with developmentally appropriate learning activities. The purpose of the Early Childhood Program is to provide affordable childcare in an environment that helps to facilitate a child's cognitive, social, physical, and emotional growth.
Parents' Night or Day Out is a break for both the child and parent.
Enjoy time out on the town while the kids (ages 6 weeks - 12 years) enjoy age-appropriate activities at the YMCA!
