Y Weight Loss Program
The desire to lose weight is not uncommon for individuals interested in obtaining a healthier lifestyle. True wellness includes achieving and maintaining optimal body weight. At the Y, there are many pathways available to support you on your journey toward successful weight management.
Now, as a part of our Virtual Y program, we are offering a 16 Weeks to Wellness Class (minimum of 15 participants). Individuals, teens, and families interested in improving nutritional habits will benefit from this series as they learn how healthy choices impact overall wellness.
