Achieve and maintain optimal body weight through virtual or in person classes!
The desire to lose weight is not uncommon for individuals interested in obtaining a healthier lifestyle. True wellness includes achieving and maintaining optimal body weight. At the Y, there are many pathways available to support you on your journey toward successful weight management.
Our 10 Weeks to Wellness Class is open to members and non-members including individuals, teens (13+), and families interested in improving nutritional habits. Participants will learn how healthy choices will impact overall wellness.
