› Pre-Swim Team
Taught by certified USA Swim Coaches and YMCA Swim Instructors, the Hurricanes Pre Swim Team provides conditioning, flexibility and muscle toning, in addition to developing self-confidence, self-discipline, and goal setting. Does your child have a competitive edge? There will be opportunities to compete at USA Swim Meets!
WHO: 6-15 yrs
TRYOUTS: August 5, 5:30p-6:30p OR August 16, 10am-11am
SEASON: September 2025 - May 2026
5pm-6:15pm, Mon/Wed OR 1pm-3:30pm Saturdays
WHERE: Schertz Family YMCA • Aquatics Center
MONTHLY FEE: $125 Member • $150 Community
Pre-requisites/Qualifications: 25 yd freestyle, 25 yd backstroke; 1-minute water tread
