This program is for athletes that would like to enhance their strength training fundamental abilities. This program includes 1-2 day(s) of strength training per week. This program does not incorporate skill training nor league games.
Spring Season: 8 Weeks (16 sessions)
Session Length: 60 minutes

Member: 1/wk = $88, 2/wk = $160
Non-Member: 1/wk = $104, 2/wk = $192
