The Athletic Performance Training

The Athletic Performance Training program is an opportunity for beginner, intermediate and/or advanced level athletes to develop their athleticism.
We teach athletes proper biomechanics and proper training techniques in regards to strength, speed, agility, and power development.

Enrollment Options

Group Training By Season 

Option 1(a) -  Youth Sports Performance  

This program is for athletes that would like to enhance their (Basketball/Volleyball/Soccer) skills and strength training. This program includes 1 day of skill development training and 1 day of strength training per week. (This program does not incorporate league games)

Spring Season: 8 Weeks (16 sessions)
Session Length: 60 minutes
Registration Opens: March 1
Spring Season Dates: March 27 - May 18

Total Cost:

Member $160
Non-Member $192
Pricing is based on the number of sessions the athlete trains per week

Member: 1/wk = $88, 2/wk = $160
Non-Member: 1/wk = $104, 2/wk = $192
