E-Learning FACTS
• Ages 5-13
• Masks are encouraged for all children and required for children over 10
• All sites are HHS or TDH licensed
• All staff pass background checks
• All staff are CPR, First Aid, Bloodborne Pathogens Certified
• Y E-Learning will follow guidelines set by the State and CDC in regards to Covid-19
• Child must be signed in and out daily by a parent or guardian with ID
- Masks are encouraged for all children and required for children over 10.
- Staff will greet parents at the front of the building and escort children into the facility- Per CDC guidelines, parents should not enter the building unless absolutely necessary.
- Staff will take the temperature of the children prior to accepting the child for the day. Any child with a fever will not be permitted to attend.
- Children will wash their hands upon entering the building before joining their group.
- A phone number will be on the door of the facility so parents can notify staff when they arrive and staff will escort children out of the building and sign them out.
- Children will be divided into smaller groups and spaced throughout the facility.
- YMCA staff will be assigned to clean throughout the day and the facility will be cleaned prior to children entering the next day.
- Children not able to stay with their group or not able to follow YMCA social distancing guidelines will be asked to leave the program.
• Morning & afternoon snack provided
• For some loactions, lunch is provided until August 14. After that date please have your child bring a lunch.
• To support E Learning, your child will need to bring their own tablet or laptop and headphones. All other games or toys should be left at home.
