The National Day of Prayer is an annual observance held on the first Thursday of May, inviting people of all faiths to pray for the nation.

Time: 10:30 a.m.

We will be celebrating a morning of fellowship and faith by having small words of encouragement, a time of prayer, and light refreshments. 

Mays Family Y at Potranco

Time: 9:00 - 10 a.m.

Join us as we will lift up prayers for our community, first responders, and government. Light snacks will be offered during the conclusion of the gathering. As part of this initiative, you have the opportunity to join our branch prayer chain, so your request can be included that day.

Schertz Family Y

Please join us for breakfast and fellowship for our National Day of Prayer celebration! The entire community is invited to stop by for a morning of fellowship and community prayer led by New Day Church. Multiple guest speakers will pray over our community and their needs.

Thousand Oaks Family Y

Time: 9:00 a.m.

Pastor Chad from Ignite Community Church will start us off with a prayer, and our Personal Trainer, Emma, will lead a faith-based class. Light refreshments will be provided.

Walzem Family Y

Time: 8:30 a.m.

We will host our National Day of Prayer event at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 2. 
Following our time of prayer, we will gather for nutritious snacks. 

Westside Family Y

Time: 10:00 a.m. 

We will be having a prayer group with light refreshments provided. Mark your calendars now for this special time!

YMCA at O.P. Schnabel Park

Time: 10:00 a.m.

Join us as we will be outside by the flag pole, weather permitting. Everyone is welcome for a morning of fellowship and community prayer.
