YMCA Athletic Performance Training is designed to help athletes of all levels improve strength, speed, agility, and overall performance. Through expert coaching and structured workouts, participants build proper technique, reduce injury risk, and gain the confidence needed to excel in their sport.

This non-contact program teaches the foundation of boxing techniques, fitness conditioning, and safe training practices for all skill levels. Whether you’re just starting or looking to improve, participants will develop: self-defense awareness; strength and conditioning; speed, coordination, and endurance; one step, one punch at a time.
