The Athletic Performance Training

The Athletic Performance Training program is an opportunity for beginner, intermediate, and/or advanced-level athletes to develop their athleticism. We teach athletes proper biomechanics and proper training techniques in regard to strength, speed, agility, and power development.

Enrollment Options:


› Option 1 - General Athletic Performance Training (Month to Month Continuos)

Dates: Continuous Year - Round 
Session Length: 60 minutes

Youth Sports Performance Training - Soccer

Create your own group and purchase A La Carte Sessions Set training day and time at your convenience Train for your team's specific goals.

Vertimax Training

This advanced resistance technique allows athletes to train the horizontal plane with loads placed on specific areas of the body.

Sport Performance Training

This sport-specific training focuses on proper technique and fundamentals of movement, agility, speed, strength, and endurance.
