E-mail Signature Instructions

Select your branch/location from the below menu to view the E-mail signature template.
Using your mouse, select the entire E-mail signature and Copy. Ctrl C on PC and Command C on MAC.
Go to your Outlook - https://outlook.office.com/mail/ and login if needed.
Once logged in - Go to the top right of your toolbar and click the gear icon for the Settings Menu.

5. Select "Mail" and "Compose and reply" to bring up the E-mail signature area.
Type a name for your E-mail signature. Example: Work Signature

Then, place your cursor in the editor below and paste the E-mail signature you previously copied. Ctrl V on PC and Command V on Mac.

6. Add name, job title, and phone number(s).

7. Scroll down and assign both default signatures to the one you just created.

8. Make sure your font is set to Verdana and the size you want your text to be.

9. Click Save to complete your signature!
