How to register

YMCA members and non-members are welcome to enroll. Enrollment is open to any child, ages 5-13 years old who is a student of the school/district in which the site is located. 

Please bring with you the following: 
Your completed SAISD COSA Form 
Most recent tax return 
Medicaid card or proof of food stamps. *The expiration date and child enrollment must be listed on these documents.
